What’s Next For You?

A senior woman with long gray hair, wearing glasses and a green shirt, working on a laptop at a desk in a modern, well-lit home office. There is a notebook and pen next to the laptop, and a potted plant in the foreground.

If you decide to schedule a Discovery session, here’s what we’ll cover:

Your Current Reality: Where you are in your practice, what you're experiencing, what prompted you to reach out. I'll want to understand what you’ve already done to prepare for retirement.

The Deeper Questions: What you're concerned and fearful about. What you're secretly hoping for. What parts of yourself got suppressed during the building years. What "richest chapter" actually means to you.

What's Possible: I'll share what I see for you. What evolution could look like specifically for your situation. Not a generic path, but your path based on what you've shared.

The Work and the Investment: If it feels like a fit, I'll explain how I work, what my programs involve, the investment required, and what you can expect. If it doesn't feel like a fit, I'll tell you that too, and point you toward what might serve you better.

You'll know by the end of our call whether this is right for you, whether now is the right time, and what your next step should be.

When you and I talk, we’ll spend 30 to 45 minutes exploring where you are, what's calling you forward, and whether we're meant to work together.

Don’t worry, this won’t be a slick sales call. It's an exploration.

We'll talk honestly about where you are in your journey. I'll ask you questions you might not have asked yourself yet. We'll explore what's keeping you in place and expand your vision of the “future you”.

You'll leave with clarity about yourself, about your readiness, and about whether guided evolution is right for you now.

What to Prepare

An older woman with short, curly blonde hair and glasses is sitting at a desk, smiling gently while looking off into the distance.

To make our time together most valuable, I'll ask you to reflect on a few questions before we meet:

  1. What specifically prompted you to explore evolution coaching right now?

  2. If you could wave a magic wand, what would your life look like two years from now?

  3. What's your biggest fear about stepping away from your practice?

  4. What's your deepest hope for this next chapter?

You'll receive these questions in your confirmation email. You don't need to write essays, just sit with them and notice what comes up.

What Happens After You Book?

A workspace with a laptop, an hourglass, notebooks, and plants, illuminated by natural sunlight.

You'll receive immediate confirmation with: • Zoom link for our call • Calendar invitation • Pre-call reflection questions • My direct email if you need to reach me.

Before our call, take some time to reflect on the questions. The more honest you can be with yourself, the more valuable our time together will be.

During our call, come as you are. No need to have everything figured out. That's what the conversation is for.

After our call, you'll know what your next step should be, whether that's working together, taking more time, or pursuing a different path entirely.

One more thing

A smiling woman with blonde hair and a blue top sitting at a desk with a laptop, notepad, pen, mug, and documents, in front of a beige sofa and green plant.

I know what it takes to reach out for support when you've spent your career being the one others rely on.

I know what it costs to admit you don't have it all figured out.

And I know the courage it requires to consider that there might be more to your life than what you've been living.

That courage is exactly what this next chapter needs.

I'm honored you're considering this conversation. Wherever it leads, I promise you'll be glad you had it.
