Your Current Reality: Where you are in your practice, what you're experiencing, what prompted you to reach out. I'll want to understand your assessment results and what resonated.
The Deeper Questions: What you're concerned and fearful about. What you're secretly hoping for. What parts of yourself got suppressed during the building years. What "richest chapter" actually means to you.
What's Possible: I'll share what I see for you—what evolution could look like specifically for your situation. Not a generic path, but your path based on what you've shared.
The Work and the Investment: If it feels like a fit, I'll explain how I work, what my programs involve, the investment required, and what you can expect. If it doesn't feel like a fit, I'll tell you that too—and point you toward what might serve you better.

You'll receive these questions in your confirmation email. You don't need to write essays—just sit with them and notice what comes up.

The Investment
The Discovery Session is complimentary
If we decide to work together, my coaching programs typically range from $3,500 to $9,000 depending on length and depth. I'll explain program options during our call based on what you need.
I work with a limited number of clients at a time because this work requires deep presence and attention. I'm selective about fit—for both of us.
My commitment is to tell you honestly whether I think we should work together. Sometimes the answer is yes. Sometimes it's not yet. Sometimes it's "here's what you need that I don't provide."
I trust you to make the best decision for yourself.
What Happens After You Book?
You'll receive immediate confirmation with: • Zoom link for our call • Calendar invitation • Pre-call reflection questions • My direct email if you need to reach me.
Before our call, take some time with the reflection questions. The more honest you can be with yourself, the more valuable our time together will be.
During our call, come as you are. No need to have everything figured out. That's what the conversation is for.
After our call, you'll know what your next step should be—whether that's working together, taking more time, or pursuing a different path entirely.

I'll explain how I work and what the investment is. But I won't pressure you. I'm looking for fit, not volume. If we're not right for each other, I'll tell you—and help you figure out what you need instead.
What if I do the call and decide not to move forward?

That's completely fine. You'll still leave with clarity about where you are and what you might need. Not every call leads to engagement, and that's as it should be.
Can I bring my spouse/partner to the call?

The Discovery Session is designed to be one-on-one so we can explore your internal landscape freely. However, if your partner is deeply involved in this decision, we can arrange a brief follow-up conversation that includes them.
What's the time commitment if we work together?
Programs typically run 3-6 months with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, depending on which option fits you best. We'll discuss specifics during our call.
