If you dream of CREATING financial resources that support your big impact VISION, enjoying lifetime experiences with your FAMILY and leaving a LEGACY of wisdom about money to future generations, my coaching program is right for you.

But first I want to share the truth about the problems women face.

Of the 22 million American millionaires, only 1/3 are women. Of the Forbes 400, only 14 are women.

  • Women carry more student debt than men.

  • Women pay a bigger price financially for being a parent.

  • Women earn less, at the current rate it will take 100 years for women to reach equal pay in all fields.

  • Women save less  - A twenty-year-old woman just starting full-time year-round work stands to lose $407,760 over a forty-year career compared to her male counterpart.

  • Women live longer - Approximately 5.8 years longer according to the Centers for Disease Contro,l so she needs to fund a longer retirement

We face a staggering wealth gap in the United States.  According to Ellevest.com, the gender wealth gap is how much money women have and keep in comparison to men.  It’s 32 cents on average for white women and just one penny for black and brown women.

Yes ladies, there is a big mountain to climb to reach financial equality with men.

Women are smart, strong, and savvy about money, but they still believe common misperceptions about their capabilities with money.

Four ways we sabotage our financial self-worth and financial independence.

  1. I’m not good with money, or math. This belief has its roots in historical patriarchy, where men held all the power and control.

  2. Investments are complicated and hard. Women have more financial knowledge than they realize. However, a lack of confidence scares women away from the stock market, hampering their ability to build wealth.

  3. I work hard, I deserve this. Believing that women spend more than men is a myth, but emotional spending is real, primarily as a coping mechanism to avoid uncomfortable feelings.

  4. Talking about money is difficult and embarrassing. For women, money is fraught with emotional meaning. Understanding the root cause of our emotions can clear a path to financial wellness.

What’s the Solution?

Climbing the wealth ladder requires a comprehensive approach that considers financial literacy, individual empowerment, and inner skills that most women haven’t been taught and feel nervous about embracing.

To have the wealthy life women desire, they need to create a strong and healthy relationship with money by facing the following truths:

Truth #1 – Realize that they are the change they are waiting for

Truth #2 – Accept that change is inevitable so they might as well choose it

Truth #3 – Connect to and strengthen their inner feminine powers

Truth #4 - Stop hiding behind the lies people say about them

Truth #5 – Know their value and stand in their power

Truth #6 – Stop thinking they can’t and develop a positive mindset that they can

Step #7 – Devote the time to learn a simple and effective Financial Planning skillset

To change habits, regain your voice, and advocate for a better future, you need to engage your inner skills and abilities. Real change will happen when you take control of your thoughts, learn from your emotions, and become intentional about your actions and behavior. You have everything you need, to reach your vision of a wealthy life.
